Hot Forging

What is Hot Forging?

In hot forging a metal is heated below its melting and changed to a predetermined shape by processes like hammering, upsetting and pressing. Heating at high temperature is required to avoid strain hardening of the metal during deformation. Small and complex shapes can be made through hot forging as the metal will heating to plastic state.

Advantages of Hot Forging

Hot forged parts will have more ductility, better material deformation, complex shapes, more flexible and malleable. We are forging, Iron, alloys and aluminum parts.
