U-Joint Needle Bearing

Needle bearings comprises of multiple cylindrical rollers that help reduce friction of a rotating surface. Known particularly for high radial load carrying capacity, and compact design. While the Roller Bearings are ideal for heavy radial loads, the Roller Thrust Bearings are ideal for large thrusts.

Drive Shaft Assemblies

Critical to the vehicle's transmission system; connects the drive train to remaining components and transmits torque. Due to high stress and torsion conditions and initial loading stage, Drive shafts need to be extremely durable and strong as well as being light to prevent high inertia.

Drive Shaft Yokes

Over half of all drive shafts in the transportation industry are all aluminum and that is only possible with a forged aluminum yoke at either end. These welded drive shaft yokes allow an aluminum extrusion to transmit the driving forces from the transmission to the rear differential in most rear wheel drive vehicles.

Driveline Components

Angstrom Aluminum Castings produces high quality driveline components through fully automated high pressure die casting cells. These driveline components are durable and dimensionally stable, while maintaining close tolerances. They are produced at near net shape and require little or no secondary machining.
